The team at Lane Homes & Remodeling has recently won several awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). We are very thankful for these awards and we recognize that they would not be possible without the continual support of you, our clients and friends.

The first of three grand prizes was Entire House. We received this award for a project that consisted of a two-story addition and an expansive remodel of the existing space. The Lane Homes team particular enjoyed this project, as it provided an opportunity to add living space for the client and update their current space. These clients were thrilled about the results of the whole house. They look forward to using their new oversized stove-top to host their annual chili cook-off.

Grand Prize – Residential Bathroom Over $50,000

The second grand prize award was Residential Bathroom over $50,000. Due to water damage, this client decided to update the entire bathroom. Our team removed the unused bathtub and created a water closet in its place, giving the bathroom a sleek look. Their two-person shower was updated with body-jets and a hand-held shower head.

Grand Prize – Residential Exterior Specialty

Our final grand prize for this year was Residential Exterior Specialty. Our design team found this award was especially satisfying because of the additional hoops through which they had to jump. The property is located within the City of Richmond’s historic district, which means that all building plans must go through architectural review. Although our team had to change the original design, our clients forged ahead with the approved plans. Our craftsmen worked hard to give them the space they desired. The 93-year old, original brick walls were utilized to create a 2-car garage, with additional storage.

Runner Up –Residential Addition

Lane Homes & Remodeling also received the runner-up award for Residential Addition. This project was an expansive master suite addition and outdoor living remodel. These clients had already decided they wanted a luxurious first-floor master suite, and our craftsmen and design team worked with this couple to ensure they received the highest quality of work.
