Lane Homes & Remodeling’s work was featured in the “Real Estate” section of The New York Times. The article details three homes, all of which recently sold for close to $2.3 million. The homes are located in Richmond, Boston, and District of Columbia. Lane had the opportunity to remodel the primary suite of the Richmond home, located on Monument Avenue.

The article mentions the space directly with the following:

“The primary suite, at the top of the stairs, has space for a king-size bed, a separate sitting area and a bathroom with a decorative fireplace and a glass-walled, windowed shower area that holds a sleek soaking tub” (Serratore 2023).

We are so excited for our clients to move on to their next adventure! We would also like to extend a warm welcome to the incoming residents, as they enjoy the beautiful design that exists all throughout the space.

Thanks to our team members that made this happen!
