Initial Consultation
The first person you’ll talk to about your project is your Design Consultant. They’ll meet with you to discuss remodeling your home, any potential design inspiration, and any questions you may have regarding next steps.
After the initial visit, you may meet with your Design Consultant a few times to discuss the look and scope of your project before the design presentation.
Design Presentation
Once you and your Design Consultant have clear goals of what you want to achieve, it’s time for your Design Presentation.
We’ll have you swing by the office for a meeting to recap project inspiration, discuss investment, and review a project of similar scope.
After the Design Presentation is complete and a Design Agreement is signed to formalize your project and you’ll have moved into the Design Phase.

Matterport & Measure
The Design phase kicks off with two in-home visits from members of our Design team. The Matterport uses a 360 degree camera to scan your home, creating a basic floor plan to serve as the foundation for further creativity.
The Measure involves our Design team taking detailed measurements of your home to ensure we have all the necessary information to design your space.
Design, Draft, & Estimate
While you’re collaborating with your Design Consultant on selections & materials, our in-house Designers are drafting a plan, ensuring every detail aligns with your style and budget.
Throughout the process, our team collaborates closely with you so you can make informed decisions and prepare for construction.
Before we move forward, we’ll review the full design together so you feel confident and excited about what’s next.
