Chandler is originally from Utah but loves the Richmond area, especially its people. He enjoys all aspects of construction but working with clients to help them achieve their vision is his favorite. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and kids, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming.
Josh started doing hardscaping with his dad when he was 15. He began work in construction in 2020.
He enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and working out.
Hunter grew up in the Richmond area. His hobbies include woodworking and being outdoors.
Kevin is another one of our Hokies; he graduated from Virginia Tech in 1993 with a degree in Building Construction. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in producing high-end renovation projects as well as custom homes for clients in the Richmond area. When not working, Kevin enjoys repairing just about anything, sailing with his wife and spending time with his three grown children.
After studying abroad for a year in London, England, she is back in RVA and pouring her creative nature into the design process! Ella loves being able to work with her mom, Shannon Kirsch! When Ella is not working she is an avid painter, reader, and loves playing with her puppy, Birdie!
Mary Beth Momchilov is one of the design consultants on the Lane Homes team. With over fifteen years of experience in inspiring influencers in the natural stone industry, she brings extensive knowledge of the design world to her clients. Mary Beth is passionate about providing a wonderful client experience by building relationships and making their visions come to life.
Mary Beth loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, practicing yoga, cycle class, and exploring new places.
Stephanie began her design journey in 2009. She studied Interior Design at Radford University where she fell in love with the craft for its blend of technical skill and creative expression. She began her career in residential design in 2013 and worked as an architectural designer in Washington D.C. before moving to Richmond and joining the Lane team in 2020.
Stephanie is passionate about helping her clients realize their home's full potential with designs that seamlessly blend style and functionality. With an artistic eye and strong technical background, Stephanie is able to craft extraordinary living spaces that exceed clients' expectations.
When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband exploring Richmond's diverse neighborhoods and their vibrant food and music scenes.

Brandi graduated in 2016 with a degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in office administration since 2015 and has been in the construction industry since 2017, where she started off in commercial construction before making the change to come work here at Lane Homes.
When Brandi isn’t managing the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and overall just being outdoors. But don't let that fool you, she also enjoys a weekend in binge-watching Grey's Anatomy and Harry Potter!
Seth Davis has been a part of the Lane Homes and Remodeling team since 2019. Prior to joining our team, Seth worked on his grandparent's farm along the James River and also spent some time in commercial fencing. When he isn't hard at work, he enjoys spending time in the woods or on the water hunting and fishing. He is proud to have hunted a 500 lb bear and a double-bearded turkey, both of which were delicious.
Dale has been with Lane Homes & Remodeling for over 10 years and has over 30 years of construction experience. From pouring concrete to installing cabinetry, Dale excels in all aspects of the field. Dale enjoys spending his weekends with his family, as well as fishing and hunting.
Bud has more than 30 years of construction experience. He is skilled in all aspects of the field, but his favorite job-site activities are demolition and building concrete foundation footings. In his free time, Bud enjoys deer hunting.
Chris started working in construction with his dad 20 years ago and has continued ever since. His favorite part of the job is seeing plans turn into reality and watching the drastic changes from demo to the finished project. When Chris isn’t working, he enjoys being a full-time Dad, rebuilding cars to include all his own mechanical work, fishing, hunting, and camping.
David is another one of our Hokies; he graduated from Virginia Tech in 1975 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He has been a part of our Lane Homes team since 2002 as a production coordinator. As the liaison between the client, the design team and the production team, David facilitates the product selection process, orders products and materials and coordinates work with vendors and subcontractors.
David spent several years prior to his employment with Lane Homes as a Facilities Manager and has an extensive background in home building, on both the design and the construction sides. He spends his free time exploring with his sons and grandson. David also enjoys road trips, hiking, camping, and hanging around home working on carpentry projects.
Beth earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Old Dominion University and a degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in small business accounting and tax. Beth has been with Lane Homes since 2009 and enjoys working in the construction industry. When not working on job costs and budgeting, Beth enjoys being with her family, friends and traveling.
A Pennsylvania native, Tom moved to Virginia with over 13 years of new construction experience. Before joining the Lane Homes & Remodeling team, Tom volunteered as a Plan Services Director at a Christian college in Madison County, Virginia. In 2001, land and farming brought him to the outskirts of Richmond and to Lane Homes & Remodeling. As Director of Production, Tom is the foundation between the sale and final product. In his free time, he enjoys farming.
Since earning his B.S. degree in Architecture from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines in 1987, Alan has worked in design for a total of 25 years. His favorite part of the job is accepting day-to-day challenges of every project from design concept to final design. In his spare time, you can find him doing simple home repairs, traveling, spending quality time with his family, and trying to stay fit.
In 2017, Sarah graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Residential Environments and Design, an accredited Kitchen and Bath Design program from the NKBA. She also gained her Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) certification through the NKBA in November 2017, and then her Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) certification in March 2021. She was chosen as one of the NKBA’s Thirty under 30, Class of 2020. In 2021, she was chosen as one of ProRemodeler Magazine’s Forty under 40. When she isn’t creating new residential designs, Sarah spends her time with photography, traveling, and baking.
As lead designer, Geoff has been a part of the Lane Homes & Remodeling team for over two decades. With an associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Architectural Specialization, Geoff has been working with CAD systems for over 25 years with a primary focus in Chief Architect. He delivers detailed realist renderings that meet and exceed client expectations. When he is not busy designing, he enjoys tennis and working out.
Alex graduated in 2011 from Virginia Tech with a degree in Housing. This major focuses on residential design and is an accredited Kitchen and Bath Design program from the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She was recognized by the NKBA as one of the Top 30 under 30 kitchen & bath design professionals for 2015.
Alex has been a valuable member of the Lane Homes team since 2013 and loves helping homeowners turn their visions of a dream home into a reality. In her spare time, Alex loves to cook and is an avid runner.
Shannon has over 15 years in the design and construction industry and most recently served as the Operations Manager of the Luck Stone Center in Richmond. She earned a BA in Art History from VCU and went abroad to obtain her master’s degree in Art History & Architecture in London, England, and Florence, Italy. With many award winning projects under her belt, her passion for leadership, communication and creativity lends itself to create an amazing and tailored experience for each of her clients. In her free time, Shannon enjoys traveling both stateside and internationally with her husband, Greg, and their three children.
As a second-generation owner of Lane Homes, Edward comes with an extensive background in residential design and construction. From the very beginning he was involved in the remodeling process, whether that be cleaning up debris, digging, or canvasing neighborhoods, Edward spent most of his summers growing up working with his dad at Lane Homes. Edward graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1997 with a Business Management degree.
His career first started at Lane Homes as a carpenter’s apprentice, progressing to more of an office role, and eventually transitioning to company leadership in 2016 where he continuously works to maintain and grow the reputation his father built over 35 years ago.
While he is very involved at Lane Homes, Edward is also very active in his community and is part of various boards in the remodeling industry. He has been on the Better Business Bureau board for 14
years, part of Rotary for 20, and has even served as the NARI president for the Richmond Chapter.
When he isn’t in the office or out meeting with clients, Edward enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and chameleon.
Ed earned a B.S. in Business from Old Dominion University and served in the Seabees, the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion. Ed loves the challenges of the construction business “because no two projects are alike and we meet all kinds of interesting people”.
