The enlarged opening between the kitchen and dining room was a last minute change by the homeowners. This change allows for a more open concept feel as well as lets in more light to the kitchen. The finishing details have begun and everyone involved is really excited...
Kevin is another one of our Hokies; he graduated from Virginia Tech in 1993 with a degree in Building Construction. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in producing high-end renovation projects as well as custom homes for clients in the Richmond area. When not working, Kevin enjoys repairing just about anything, sailing with his wife and spending time with his three grown children.
