Tomorrow you will begin to notice signs popping up in people’s yards all across Richmond, Midlothian and the surrounding areas, 100 signs to be exact.

This year marks the 30th anniversary for Lane Homes & Remodeling, to commemorate this momentous year, they are partnering with a local charity, Families of the Wounded Fund.  This organization provides support to family members and caregivers of military service men and women who have either been wounded in combat or injured as the result of line-of-duty activities in support of combat operations.

Lane Homes & Remodeling reached out to past and present clients, networking groups and friends for support. For every person who agreed to put a sign in their yard, Lane Homes & Remodeling agreed to donate $5.

“We had an overwhelmingly positive response and have helped raise over $1,000,” said Vice President Edward Lane, “This is an event we plan to do annually. The goal is more signs and more exposure for Families of the Wounded Fund.”
